Bugs
- ITK Tiff reader does not properly handle color lookup tables. This is important for NCMIR. It has been reported to the ITK community. We should follow up on this. (Slicer 3 bug entry)
- Enable rerunning confidence connected filter with original seed points.
- Threshold level-set is not reading the threshold parameter values from the interface (always resets by using a mean-variance computation)
- Dilate-erode does not always start
- Can get the panning of (the upper left) window state to be confused so it continues to pan without the mouse button pressed.
- OSX Key repeat does not work for next/previous slice
- ITK will not save some orientations of volumes in Analyze format, automatically identify these and convert to save-able orientation
- Rework layer editor to be a bit more intuitive and not allow for accidentally deleting layer
